What are your customs rules for shipping?
Do you carry B8 A5/S5 E-code reflectors?
Unfortunately, the B8 A5/S5 E-code reflectors aren't created the same way as the B8 A4/S4 - B8.5 A4/S4 - B8.5 A5/S5/RS5. The B8 A5/S5 Headlights are perma-sealed and aren't able to be modded as easily. A custom lighting company should be able to take them apart but because its not something a normal mod can be made on we don't offer that year. A good rule of thumb is if your headlight are made by Automotive Lighting (AL) (Can be seen on the sticker or printed on the top of your headlight) then we can customize it. Please email us with questions.
Does it come with instructions?
Some instructions are self explanatory, But if it is missing, or you misplace it, email us and we can provide it for you.
How long does shipping take?
Everything we offer comes direct from the vendors/manufactures that produce the parts. Most parts are made to order due to the numerous variants we offer. Average processing time is 5-7 days, however due to various circumstances (holidays, powder coating, etc) it can take up to 10 business days. Followed by your estimated shipping time via USPS, Fedex, or UPS. Email us for info on a current stock of an item. On a side note, sometimes of an order has multiple items, it’s possible that those items will come as separate shipments.
What is your return policy?
All sales are FINAL. Unless there is a manufacturing defect in your product in which case we can offer you a replacement. Please make sure you’re ordering a part that fits your car. For any questions, please email us at Info@b8drivers.com. If exchanges are accepted, you will be responsible for shipping return items back to us for exchange. If a return is made a 15% restocking fee may apply.
